CHRISTMAS MESSAGE

I should admit that Christmas is an unique celebration; I could say my favourite one.

So much colour and light assembled in a festive atmosphere, full of games, gifts, and dreams.

A lot of dreams.....

Most people consider festive Christmas days as something different, separated from rest –charged with stress -days of each year.

They are waiting with impatience something that they had possibly lost. As if celebration arrives in order to bring them something that is hidden or inaccessible.

Saying that all beautiful and magic things are closed in a box, which opens only during feast days, while in the remaining days is locked far away from the indiscreet eyes.....

The days approach and the important dates arrive.

Everybody is running to receive or better to anticipate.......but what?

The streets are flooded by thousands cars and frantic people that rush to get, to buy, many times shopping resembles as if having no meaning.

They simply buy just for........buying.

It seems that feast became habit from which people can not dislodge, because this habit has become merely a need or perseverance.

The message of Christmas was wrapped in a colourful wrapping of one expensive superstore and….it was lost.

People remained looking at the wrapping and not at the message.

However humble and modest appearance of Jesus on this planet had some message to deliver.

How many have you ever searched behind the labels and "sayings "of these full of energy days, look behind the screen of our life as well as all material obstacles, that Truth of Birth is Birth itself?

Birth of something New and Luminous during difficult occasions of this era, where people expected an Enlightened New Era to rise.

Jesus was born in a as much humble way as humble his life was. His teachings are diachronic.

The message of Christmas is hidden within events that happened during this period. Each one can seek and find his own personal message or find more messages.

May Light of Bethlehem be your personal inner Light that leads far from false, Light that leads to Truth.

I wish all of you to discover your path and follow this short destination to Truth, a path enlightened by infinite, unique Light!

How easy can it be for a human to examine all these little truths that constitute his predicated presence in this reality?

Is there a small assessment for what every human has experienced, said or acted, consciously or unconsciously, a small or big course in time, like travel in an immense non - geographical space and in an unspecified time, in an ideal space-time, by manifesting a return to his past, with starting point the beginning of his life.
Naturally time arrow does not return back, however human thought accomplishes it, particularly with high speed!
This thought, imprisoned in our mind and restricted instead of left to blossom, constitutes our underlying, powerful weapon, although we have not realised it well enough.
One unidentified moment, not really wished for, reflects its uneasy glance on the past. It stares at some point of your life’s course in the passing of time that left its marks on your life’s book, and then simply........ it makes you wonder!
You don’t wonder, about what you did, but what you did not do! The choices that should have been made, the actions that you should have taken and have not finished by you, deeds that have never be done, when they should have.
Now, as you rest unconcerned in the loneliness of thought, having as a judge yourself alone, there’s no place where you can hide yourself, watch out or overlook.
Perhaps, then you contemplate the greatest importance of making conscientious and wise choices that fructify slowly (but surely), and bloom in proper time, heightening in a constant enlightened course, contrary to unconscious and irrational choices that as a comet heighten and afterwards throw you back to Earth.
However as a wise man uttered - each one is judged, not because he did something gloomy with malice prepense, but while having the occasion to make something brilliant and beneficial, he did not!
Values are sculptured, actions are recorded and works elevate.

TEN TIPS FOR A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

1. Embrace change in your daily lifestyle
Someone might hear or read a lot of truths about Healthy Lifestyle, emotional well being and self improvement, but immense truth about Healthy Lifestyle resides in Practice.
Change comes when you truly believe in this change and its practice in your life for change comes within us. This is the master key of all deeds needed to actualize in order to succeed in your Healthy Lifestyle.
2. Meet with Happiness and Acceptation
No one can tell you how happy you might be, or how much loved and accepted you will become by fellows in this reality.
You should first admire who you are, love yourself and express your gratitude for being a loving creature protected by Universe, whatever your status (social, emotional, financial etc), appearance, education you are in. By loving yourself, you love the attitude to alter and fulfil your life, affiliating behaviours that worth time and sentiments.
3. Become motivated
Obviously the majority of people desire to improve their daily lifestyle, but how can they fit this goal into a crazy, unorganized world, prone to pleasant, however non- beneficial addictions?
Before we start your strategy to enrich this out of order-daily lifestyle you should contemplate what your desirable goal to reach is. Focus on this goal and be patient.
You can also create a list of suggestions regarding the adorable state you desire to approach and keep in touch with this list.
Every time you are about to regress to old state, read carefully this list and adopt its suggestions.
4. Quit old habits
Having a short research in everyday lifestyle, we might be rather surprised on how indifferent or careless people have been by forcing themselves adopting behaviours that are less and less bodily and emotional nutritive. You can start this attempt by writing your ideas, hopes and targets in a journal.
Everyday write something inspirational, something you expect to fulfil that might influence in a positive way your attempt for transformation.
5. Introduce your self with exercise
If exercise is an unfamiliar word in your vocabulary, there is some definition in this misunderstood word.
Exercise is activity.
You are not compelled to do heavy sports .A walk, a stroll in a forest. Escape from big cities activity; join a nature path with more healing results.
6. Diminish stress and anxiety
Stress and anxiety block harmony and equilibrium in your life and thus should be avoided .You can sort out both of them when you empower your life with more positive actions, friends, music and knowledge or art activities.
7. Stop smoking or other destructive addictions
Healthy lifestyle ignores every action that poisons body and mind, including smoking, excessive alcohol, caffeine, less sleep and destructive attitudes.
8. Start a healthy diet
Healthy diet manifests a different perception of nutrition and wellness by eating more fruit and vegetables, regulating your hormones, and avoiding fat and diseases.
A nutritive diet helps to regain strength, good physical appearance and self-confidence.
9. Lose weight
It's a necessity to stabilize your weight up to a normal level in order to avoid heart diseases. Losing weight does not constitute a miracle, but hard work and especially a state of mind, where someone really admires himself and visualizes a good looking appearance.
10. Use Alternative therapies
Different forms of complementary medicine prevent illness, pains, overweight, depression, retain body and mind disorders that cause emotional and bodily troubles and support natural cure of both body and mind.

THE GIFT OF WRITING

All begin from the beautiful ideas that spin into your mind and look like small birds that seek branch to nest.

Afterwards the ideas nestle in the heat corner and take shape.

They change forms, colours and various pictures, make their appearance as a small torrent that flows fast, seeking exit.

An ear-splitting rush, a palpitating landscape, an inexhaustible source of knowledge......

Then you seek way and means of writing!

You record what you see and hear, while no one else can do it!

You are ready to see your dream taking shape and having effectuation.

You feel proud for your creation!

It’s your spiritual child and you love it.

You are ready to put an appearance to the world and transport all issues you have written and portrayed with the best words.

You are ready to come out in the world and transport your messages.....

The writing is poetry, is a gift and talent. Beyond the words is hidden an entire world, that nobody can imagine or dream.

Indeed writing is a song only for a few.

It is a melody for those who let themselves be non aligned with each restriction. It’s a song for people who walk along the path of writing, let themselves free and so immerse into an ocean of words and pictures.

The rule of the lofty, free thought is the redeeming ply in the space of writing.

HIPPOCRENE SPRING AND THE SOURCE OF INSPIRATION

"I begin my song with the Heliconian Muses;

they have made Helicon,

the great god-haunted mountain,

their domain; their soft feet move in the dance

that ringsthe violet-dark spring

and the altar of mighty Zeus.

They bathe their lithe bodies in the water of Permessosor

of Hippocrene or of god-haunted Olmeios.

On Helicon's peak they join hands

in lovely dancesand their pounding feet awaken desire."

(Hesiod, Theogony, 1-8)

Greek Mythology, a spring of knowledge and wisdom itself, introduces the legend of Apollo and Muses, who used to walk on holy mountain Helicon (a mt in Beiotia, a region in central Greece) and bath in the Hippocrene Spring located on it.
Apollo represents Light, Harmony, Melody and Insight, and Muses Culture, Art, Poetry, Creativity and more.
Hippocrene Spring was considered to be the source of poetic inspiration and this is the myth’s origin as well.
Actually Hippocrene derives from the Greek word “hippos” (en.: horse, original Greek word: ίππος» ), which is actually the horse named Pegasus that created this spring, when aiming his hooks on the rock with such a force then a fountain appeared on it.
Exploring this Greek Myth we comprehend that inspiration is particularly a Divine gift that resides in Higher Spheres.
Inspiration is a pure energy that springs up under some uncertain circumstances, but usually performs a series of magnificent sentiments that could be described as heavenly orientated ones.
However someone might discover this source when he detaches himself from materialism and follow a spiritual way of life reconnecting with Spirit.
Hippocrene Spring could be regarded as the channel for a divine river of wisdom, a genuine and conscious Presence, thus Cosmic Consciousness .
This is why myths are always a key to the inner journey and reconnection to Cosmic Consciousness.
This sacred territory resides in a secret inner part of ourselves that we should investigate during inner journeys.
Our inner source of Light connected to all sacred places on Gaea is our path to this Divine Power .

DELIVERANCE THROUGH INFINITE LIGHT

What are our thoughts?

Little pebbles which slowly fall above the stagnate waters of every day life.They create small swirls which shake our slough which in turn covers the surface of our human existences.

Countless thoughts spring through our continuous submersions into our vast and undiscovered inner world.

When they provide us with colour and quality they reflect our highest expectations and they nourish our experiences.

We provide our best writing when we create positive thoughts, because whatever we nourish inside our mind leaves traces.

We provide positive thoughts and we receive a positive outcome.

Our thoughts travel through the Universe's oceans and they get colored from Infinite Light.

Making our way through spiritual paths, we proceed behind this false, fake life that we have been driven to experience in the infinity, until we find our true course.

This specific course surely is not an easy one to follow but is not in vain either.

Each day makes the difference...

When it is filled with creativity and ideas. Through our creations we leave the mark of happiness and success in our way.

When we are able to nourish hopes and dreams.

Our expectations, our longings, our needs, our dreams enter inside and through the melting pot of consciousness and offer us results in accordance with the content of our thoughts.

It's called Deliverance.

Deliverance is born when we are experiencing our inner quest.

It emerges when we diversify our every day life, and when we dissolve monotony and banality.

When we slip away from the claws of vanity and when we walk the path which is incised by our soul.

When we make up our story, and when we go through our personal battles in our own dignified terms and rules.

As we fight our dark side we allow free space for our soul to breath.Beyond the thick veils which cover the beautiful and unseen side of life, beyond the borders of our imagination, new horizons exist and inexhaustible sources of knowledge.

We swim in the calm turquoise colored waters of the lake of knowledge trying out the truth and quality which are lacking from our life.

Using our mind we raise the most wonderful states up in the highest peaks of Spirituality.

We cultivate the prettiest blossoms on the greenish slopes lighten by the calm caress of the Light.

The Light of the one Reality, of Truth!

THIRST FOR GENUINE LOVE

We live and we move in overcrowded cities, exhaustive in a viewpoint of sense and benefits. Naked, arid landscapes in a planet that shakes the unbearable charges of decline, nailed on him by various impervious people, having no force to defend oneself.

Just a few humans perceived as pillars of values as well as graphic types in the loneliness of reality are impelled by an internal flame, and so create "Dreamlands" in a brutal reality.

Visualize the best, shape alternative realities and create our own future......... Strive is real, but what about result?

We shape our own plans with the clay of dreams for one and unique reason. ..

A unique motive exists in our life: Thirst for genuine Love!

It is being shown by our work, it's being presented by hearty, capital letters in the empyrean of humanity for letting be seen by humans, thus considered as assistance:
Thirst for genuine Love!
The notebook of dreams is filled by thousands of thoughts, pictures and behind them joined all lost words and more and more thoughts......

Can knowledge replace Love?

Why Love is under persecution?

Is there any cure for Love?

What if this cure exists?

Does anyone desire to taste it?

FREE WILL

It's been said that the greatest enemy in man's life is himself.

Once upon a time, wars were declared in open fields, under the merciless glance of a primitive Nature, beneath unknown skies, inside the dark paths of unexplained man's course, where everything seemed to be so indefinable.

Nowadays, our era compels us to seek for the dark path of self realization into ourselves, where our unique weapons that illuminate chaos and unforeseen is Faith and our Internal Force demonstrated against "unknown".

Let me entrust you that neither street nor means are familiar to us. Moreover outcome is ambiguous.In any case, it's not useless!!!

Although huge obstacles appear ahead, the journey itself rewards.

It's like a boat that sails with the oars of our souls, passing by obscure islands, Cyclopes and Laestrygonians, seductive Sirens and insatiable beasts.

We record our little "Odyssey" day by day, renaming words and thoughts.

What remains for the end is the Power of Love and Visualization shown in each effort we make.

Each vanity and acquisitiveness disembodies in front of this Power and what's left for the end is the crystal breath of a dreamed and purified route.

THE THRESHOLD OF A NEW COMING AREA

We are moving towards the threshold of a forthcoming spiritual changing point, an evolutionary stage of humanity, where energy and vibrations rise to a higher frequency.

This spiritual changing point is awakening. We are the Earth and together, unrestrained must move with vision to reconnection with the crucial day, where the Planet Earth will gradually be led towards deliverance from the shackles of darkness.

All of us who work for the Higher Good should accept the notion of Coalition and Union for leading the planet Earth to another direction which is that of Light. In this changing point, it is necessary to realize that we are upgraded through a collective activity, climbing the stairs of spiritual advancement by the Forces of Lights' assistance.

We actualize this advancement through a personal research, an inner path, where the Divine Spark resides.

It is our constant guide and it burns within us. This era compels for constant effort and vigilance, inner regeneration, removal of misgivings and fears and the establishment of an absolute faith, a virtually blind faith in something Higher.

When the veil of «Maya», the false reality, is lifted truth will shine.

Humanity will face up to her choices. Humans will see the events without blinders, though enough to believe.

People hold two weapons in their hearts: Faith and Hope.

Allow yourself to strengthen these values and participate actively in the path of the forthcoming spiritual evolution.

SUMMER IN DELOS

It is summer, and the Greek sky is shining by the sun’s golden fire rays.

I have made a tiring journey by ship, but by the end the outcome rewards me from the very first moment, while facing the new harbor of this sacred island.

I walk upon the dusty covered roads of  luminous  Delos and a thousand memories of ancient thought-forms float like little stars in the sky made of invisible little threads, so old and bound up with Ancient Earth.

People who walked upon the Sacred soil, talked, loved, suffered, lived their own lives walking through the narrow streets. Upon  those streets ,the ones  walking similarly  now days,  we  see wrecked houses, remnants singing their own rhythms.

Images and words, joys and dramas formed and grown in the cobbled roads of the Human Soul.

The view of  Delos seduces you, so that you sink in a sweet reverie, in a visualization of a life immersed in white and azure as in an invisible painting of a magnificent Creator, who lives Omnipresent, around us, and especially in our hearts.

In that very Centre of Earth, our heart opens its gates to spread and paint with  color the whole World, the color of Love.

It is that world that all artists of life plunge their brush and cast this color on the canvas of material reality.

At all times the ship of human existence was tossed dangerously by going  through turbulent waters and shaken by stormy winds.

Somewhere there inside the pitiless sea of centuries small communities aka cities with hidden  secrets, emerged and even today they bequeath to youth  (but probably less happy…) a principleof their splendor, a small heritage.

I stand across the ruins of lions, that seem to guard even until now the small island falling into a meditative state of mind.

It is in these unique moments that surprise overcomes you, for your  belief  that daily matters have depleted the last drop of the tranquility of your Spirit along with your invaluable inspiration, it’s exactly in that special moment those two strike from deep lethargy and mix with emotion to channel a powerful blend. 

It appears as  a trailer of a movie, where people stalk in front of you who intertwins with the crowd.

On this instant  the writer’s pen is authorized to  behold the steering wheel of narration, and  prevails…
“The Path to  Light stirs through prickly roads and stiffly ways…Whoever wishes to transverse this path needs to be armed with great patience and courage…”.

At the far end of the horizon I star the sun keeping on his course westwards, saluting good bye to the – ruined  from time and weather conditions – columns,  and the sandy paths.

Some of his rays transform the rocky beds into golden, while passing through tourists recall the coolness of the missing shadow upon this stripped from trees island.

A museum full of ancient monuments stands somewhere there at the edge of the path.

A scripture at the end of the big hall emphasizes the historical significance of the island and the amazing  co-existence of so many races of people under the umbrella of Harmony and Unity.

All nations lovingly united and not divided!

There is something left for us to learn from this image, it suffices to see beyond words……but, how many of us indeed do succeed that, and in what degree?

Does the word “ unity “ remind us anything?

Time raced forward, placing us face to face with ourselves, our karmic responsibilities, our life purpose, but how many of us are truly ready to live up to this timeless calling?

Are we ourselves closing the ways of evolution, placing obstacles to progress, to self-improvement, to upward path towards spiritual uplifting, while our ancestor’s richness is spread around like ripe fruits?

Knowledge is the wealth that we have accumulated from the Tree of Life and from the Wisdom of Centuries.

Taste this knowledge and accept its richness with grace in the present moment.

Create our “ Weltanschauung ” implementing the gifts of knowledge.

Offer the benefits of this positive energy to a thirsty world for a better future.

It lies in our hand to act the best for world free from negativity!

The Road the less Travelled

In those moments, when you feel drifted by the wave of nostalgia, feel as if travelling in the thoughts along the paths of mind, in those moments you feel that a new song is being born.

The song that affects you, that skyrockets you, that leads you to the centre of heart.You contemplate how much long and solitary the street of your life existence was, although a lot of people surrounded you.

Along that street you started walking, you did not even know neither the beginning, nor its end.In this course of life, full of lit white candles, thus fiery ideals, luminous virtues, holy principles of an alive system of values that exists , but in the corner of the path unknown lurks.

Deep darkness prevails in the crossroad, but the light scatters the darkness and brings the drops of happiness.

A secret voice whispers in your ear, a vibration strikes in your heart, a message is recorded in your brain with golden letters:

"Go ahead!!! ......"

........and you go ahead in that street that engraves your soul, paints your glance with the paintbrushes of love and truth.

You go ahead even though people are sneering at you, because you chose this gnarled path and not the easy one, because you did not succumb to facilities depreciation and the trivialisation of moral values.

You go ahead beyond scorn and decay imposed in your familiar environment.

You go ahead beyond temptation and regrouping, created by conditions of life, because you believe in its entirety, in the unit but not in the "making mincemeat of people" and in the "compression" of personality, in the transcendence and not in corruption.

You go ahead in that street that most of people hesitate or deny; even if they deeply wish they could follow, envying those who in deep faith follow it.

You go ahead because you know the only one and unique thing: that you are ultimately lucky for being in this path, after bloody labours and insurmountable efforts, looking at "the marks of your destiny".

You are grateful, though you have ached innumerable times from the blows of your fellowmen,from the unforgiving injustices committed to you because, you were not polluted, you did not succumb and made the wisest choice:

You walk in this path, selected by you and not imposed on you, because you kept your personal agreement with your clear conscience.

You walk along the road, "the road the less travelled" and eventually you walk free and alone.

The Universal Law of Detatchment

One of the most important Universal Laws is the Law of Detachment stating that someone has to detach from outcome in order to attract something he mostly desires.
